The tragic loss of Officer Keith Finch to suicide in 2020 changed our lives forever. As the brother of our CEO, Darin Finch, Keith's death opened our eyes to a reality we hadn't fully understood: the weight that first responders and law enforcement officers carry long after the end of their shifts.

We created The Keith Finch Memorial Scholarship program in honor of Keith’s memory and the countless officers and their families who silently struggle. This mission is deeply personal—we know firsthand the difficult path of healing from loss and trauma. That’s why we are committed to standing beside law enforcement officers and their loved ones, offering real support on the road to recovery and renewal.

As a family, we watched how Keith’s personality changed over his 25+ years of police work. The burden of the badge is real. We saw it in him, and we see it in so many others who serve. Your resilience inspires us. Your sacrifices don’t go unnoticed. And most importantly—you are not alone.

Who Can Apply

Applicant Status: Must be employed as a first responder, retired LEO or a family member.

Experiences: Applicants should have experienced personal loss or trauma, either directly through their line of work or in their personal lives.

Commitment: A willingness to engage in the offered programs and a commitment to sharing their growth experiences with peers to foster a broader culture of resilience within law enforcement.
